In cases of Child Protection, FMHS provides evaluations for the courts throughout the five county area. We provide a variety of evaluations and treatment options. Both Dr. Russell and Dr. Williams have provided evaluations and expert testimony for courts, attorneys and families in the various issues surrounding child welfare cases and parenting capacity.

Family Services provided by Forensic Mental Health Services include:
• Child Welfare/Custody Services
• Parental Capacity Evaluations
• Individual Therapy for parents, children and families
• Evaluation and treatment for children and families of sexual abuse including false allegations of abuse

FMHS also provides evaluations for custody matters under Pennsylvania Law 23 PA, 5329.
